Linear celebrates a new contemporary luxury aesthetic – light, minimalistic spaces that appear to be effortlessly, almost instinctively exceptional.
This timeless Oppidum, which celebrates material substance and thoughtful design, was created by architect Adam Slabý, of Slaby Architects, who has completed a number of significant residential and hospitality projects since graduating from Prague’s Academy of Fine Arts.
Denmark’s Louisiana Museum of Modern Art was a great source of inspiration for Linear. In creating this Oppidum, we selected beautiful materials that stand up to the most intense scrutiny and discreetly, effortlessly tell their own story.
Whether it’s physical, virtual or spiritual, each one of us has a cherished collection. Linear’s gallery is designed specifically to present your treasures centre stage, with the drama of an atrium creating the illusion of the outdoors. As with all Oppidum technologies, the extensive security features protecting your possessions hide discreetly behind the scenes.
Linear’s design and technical experts collaborated to create an extraordinary central atrium – a remarkable central feature for truly elevated living that serves as a staging point for business meetings, social occasions or consulting with your gallerists and private curators. Thanks to advanced lighting technologies, photorealistic day and night skies open above, while the sense of the outdoors is further enhanced by a lush, living garden. In cool contrast to the organic forms of its flora and fauna, Linear is provisioned with the whitest Navona travertine stone, which is expertly paired with ash wood and cut brass finishings – materials and colours that effortlessly flow into the elegant furniture appointments. Chic, peaceful and undisturbed, no matter what.
Located around the central atrium, bedrooms, home cinemas and fitness centres are softly lit by images of the sky above. Meanwhile, illuminated static photography ‘windows’ enhance the outdoor mood with a near-endless range of views, enhancing your Oppidum’s sense of spaciousness and interconnection. Zoned cinema-quality, ultra-high-clarity audio equipment is hidden throughout Linear, welcoming the sound of nature into your highly secure space
